Ya Know... I'm so happy that I bought the 6p.
I foresee the largest all time screw up with the Note 7 recall for the mobile world.
I really feel sorry for all of the people who bought one of them, and do wish them a speedy resolution of their predicament, but also know that it isn't going to be painless..
Which brings me to the point of buying this last Nexus brand phone... And why I am happy about it.
Yes it has last year's technology in it.
No it isn't going to be made anymore..
No it doesn't have all the new features or come with a spen
But it is rock solid dependable phone... One that had been out for some time, and that's where I am going with this...
I have a few friends who elected to upgrade to the new note 7 and a few of them kinda laughed at my choosing to buy the 6p. I had told them that if I were them that I would give it a month or two just to see if the phone developed any issues but they were sucked in by the freebies and the statements of best phone ever....
It's reminded of the old story of the hare and the tourtise in a way...
I really feel sorry for all of the people who bought one of them.. because of all the grief they are going to have, maybe these friends of mine will heed my advice next time..
