Won't charge with wall charger..

As ^ will not charge with supplied Google charger anymore.. bout a new one on Amazon. Still doesn't charge.. tried different cables etc. Cleaned the port on the phone. My USB to USB c cable charges fine when plugged in though.. what is going on?
I've done a factory reset as well.
