Anyone here lose Android Pay after sideloading March 7.1.1 OTA (N6F26U)?

Quite a few folks on reddit with unlocked and never rooted Nexus 6s are finding that the Android Pay app either will not open or will not accept card information after sideloading the March OTA. The SafetyNet attest app returns a "false" for CTS profile match.

Looks like it's the Nexus 6s turn this month since it seems both Pixels and both of the 2015 Nexus phones have already gone down this road.
