Pixel C issues

I was in the beta program and started to have issues were when I would click on an app icon it would load a different program. Also when I would swipe on the home screen to go to other screens it would load a program. When I was playing a game it would just do random things. I thought it was due to the Beta program. I removed myself from the beta program and the Tab was reset to 7.1. I am still having those issues. Is anyone else having this problem? I am out of warranty and do not want to have to buy a new tab.
