Shaky Screen?

I've noticed an issue when I reverse pinch my screen (eg Instagram) so zoom in. When I do, the image on my screen starts shaking. It happens when I navigate/zoom on Chrome as well.

I haven't done too much in depth testing on it, but I'm not sure how to go about fixing this.
