Bug in Oreo

Updated my Pixel C tablet with Oreo and now I can't save any websites to the home page! Contacted support and they first thought the problem was Chrome but I couldn't save any with a different browser either. Did a factory reset and it still didn't work. Had to send them a bug report.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?
