Accidentally blocked unknown source app, how to unblock?

I accidentally denied installation of an APK when the warning popped up about potentially unsafe app and now the check always fails and the installation doesn't start. I don't know how to whitelist this app again so it installs.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
